Practical tips to preserve the beauty and extend the lifespan of your tayri products.

Carpets & Textile

 

• Vacuum gently every week.
• A hand brush (deck brush) with soft bristles is an alternative to vacuuming.
• Turn your carpet over and shake it (or beat it with a beater) to release dirt and dust once a month.
• To remove stains, use Marseille soap or a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Dab your carpet with this solution and leave to dry.
• To combat humidity and odours, leave your carpet in the open air and sunlight for a day.

Please note that over the first few weeks, pure wool products tend to "give back" a few fibers; this is a perfectly natural phenomenon (the textile "frays"). The more the product is used and vacuumed, the faster this excess fiber will be eliminated.

Ceramics

Our ceramics are handmade and shape may vary. Each piece is unique and small color and characteristic differences may appear.

No dishwasher: Hand wash only.

No freezer: Please note that we cannot guarantee that the ceramics will not crack at temperatures below -5°C.
